Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
Tubulin β chain is a protein encoded by the TUBB gene in humans and is mapped to the HLA class I region at 6p21.3. Mutation in TUBB gene may cause certain forms of HLA-linked microtubule dysfunction, including immotile cilia syndrome.
