General description

Superdex 200 3.2/300 is a prepacked Precision Column (2.4 mL) designed for sensitive and high-resolution gel filtration separations of biomolecules in the micropreparative scale. Superdex 200 has a separation range for biomolecules with molecular weights between 10 000 and 600 000.

Suitability

Columns are not suitable for use with ÄKTAprime plus system.
Stable in all common buffers: 1 M acetic acid, 8 M urea, 6 M guanidine hydrochloride, 30% isopropanol, 70% ethanol, 1 M NaOH (for cleaning in place)

Storage and Stability

Store at 4 to 30 °C (20% ethanol)
