Target description

GABAA Receptor (α5 subunit), Cytosolic Loop is an ionotropic receptor that forms the GABA gated chloride channel and consists of several heterogeneous subunits with membrane recognition sites for benzodiazepines.

Physical form

Solution in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 100 ug/ml BSA, and 50% glycerol.
