General description
Application
Bovine γ-globulins were used to study the constituents and pH changes in protein rich hyaluronan solution affecting the bio-tribological properties of artificial articular joints.[2] It is also used to determine immunoglobulin G in bovine colostrum and milk by direct biosensor SPR-immunoassay.[3]
Bovine γ-globulin was used in rapid screening for monensin residues in poultry plasma by a dry reagent dissociation enhanced lanthanide fluoroimmunoassay.[4] It was also tested for the effects of solution properties on solute and permeate flux in bovine serum albumin-IgG ultrafiltration. [5]
