General description
The “Eppendorf” Lobind Microplate 384/V-PP is a DNA LoBind plate having 384 wells. It improves the recovery of nucleic acids by reducing their adsorption to the walls of the tube. Special manufacturing techniques along with selected polypropylene batches ensure nearly 100?% recovery of DNA/RNA molecules-without surface coating, thereby eliminating the risk of sample contamination.
Application
The “Eppendorf” Lobind Microplate 384/V-PP is suitable for:
- Preparation or storage of DNA and RNA samples
- Forensic trace analysis
- Preparing dilution series in quantitative real-time PCR
- Sample preparation in next-generation sequencing
- Creation of genomic or oligonucleotide libraries
Features and Benefits
- The Lobind feature ensures maximum sample recovery thereby improving assay results.
- The [TM=“Eppendorf”] Lobind Microplate 384/V-PP is devoid of surface coatings to minimize sample interference.
- Raised well rims and a smooth surface ensure a secure sealing in plates.
- An optimized [TM=“RecoverMax”] well geometry minimizes the remaining volume and ensures smooth mixing properties.
- The distinctive [TM=“OptiTrack”] matrix offers accelerated sample identification and reduces pipetting errors.
- Free of human DNA, DNase, RNase, and PCR inhibitors (PCR clean)
