Cell Line Description
The hybridoma line IAH-CC171 was produced from mice injected with the murine-bovine heterohybrid cell line HBL6 known to express bovine L-CA. Molecules of 180, 205 and 220 kDa are recognised by this antibody. Immunohistology studies showed no reactivity with non-lymphoid cells.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2 mM glutamine + HT supplement + 10% FBS
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
