The IAH-CC94 antibody identifies the CD11b bovine leukocyte antigen cluster also known as CR3 or Mac-1 in humans.

Application
Flow cytometry, immunohistology.
Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 10,000 to 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. May need macrophage feeder layer.
