Cell Line Description

IAH-CC76a is a sub-clone of IAH-CC76. It is considered to identify high mw isoforms of the leukocyte common antigen (L-CA) family of glycoproteins at the surface sub-populations of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. The molecule detected is expressed on B cells but not on monocytes or granulocytes.

Application

Flow cytometry, immunohistology, differentiation of naive and memory bovine CD45 lymphocytes.

Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 10,000 to 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
