Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against all lymphoid cells in primary and secondary lymphoid tissues. It is considered to be directed against the leukocyte common antigen in bovine CD45.
Immunogen
Bovine thoracic duct lymphocytes
Application
Flow cytometry, immunohistology.
Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 10,000 to 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. May need macrophage feeder layer.
