Cell Line Description
COLO 775 was established in 1990 from the peripheral blood cells of a 57 year old female with chronic myelogenous leukaemia. The cells show a complex karyotype with some characteristics of myelogenous leukaemia.
Maintain cultures between 2-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
