Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against an acidic glycoprotein (dimer of 2x110kDa monomers joined by disulphide bonds) present on immature and proliferating human haematopoietic cells but not circulating peripheral blood cells, or other non haematopoietic cells.
Immunogen
K-562 cells
Culture Medium
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 0.02mM 2-mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Horse Serum.
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 100,000 - 1,000,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
