Cell Line Description

The antibody cross-reacts with bovine MHC class II molecules and reacts with MHC class II molecules on cell surface and on immunoblots. It reacts with the majority, but not all DQß chains.

Application

Quantification of DR expression on T cell subsets in adult and foetal peripheral blood, afferent lymph, lymph node and efferent lymph.

Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 1-2x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. Saturation density reached at 3-9x100,000 cells/ml. (takes 3-4 days to reach 5x100,000)
