Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against the Thy-1.1 antigen of rats and mice. The antibody is cytotoxic and will cause lysis in a percentage of bone marrow, lymph node and spleen cells in vitro.
Immunogen
W/Fu rat thymocytes
Application
Depletion or isolation of T cell populations or rat B cell precursors
Culture Medium
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
