Cell Line Description

The antibody recognises the enzyme dipeptidyl peptidase IV present on rat thoracic duct lymphocytes and rat liver cells. This is the rat equivalent of human CD26.

Immunogen

Thoracic duct lymphocytes from a mesenteric lymphodectomised rat

Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Subculture Routine

Seed at 5x10,000 viable cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 5x100,000-1x1,000,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days); 5% CO2; 37°C.
