Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against the WC4 antigen on bovine B cells. The antigen has a molecular weight of 90kDa. The antibody will recognises the equivalent antigen in sheep and goats.
Immunogen
Bovine mesenteric lymph node cells
Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1% Hypoxanthine, Thymidine (HT) supplement + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
