Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against the WC1 antigen, a 215 - 300kDa molecule found on CD4- CD8- CD2- T cells which express the gamma/delta T cell receptor (TCR). This antigen is equivalent to the T19 antigen in sheep. The antibody will react with the equivalent antigen in sheep and goats.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1% Hypoxanthine, Thymidine (HT) supplement + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
