Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against an antigen present on the surface of reacting bovine T lymphocytes which are CD4- CD8-, gamma/delta TcR+. It immunoprecipitates molecules of 215kDa and 300kDa from resting and activated lymphocytes. The antigen is more prevalent on the lymphocytes of immature animals.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells may require mouse macrophage feeder cells upon resuscitation.
