Cell Line Description

The antibody is directed against bovine MHC class I molecules (monomorphic determinant).

Bovine peripheral blood mononuclear cells

Application

Identification of bovine lymphocyte populations

Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells may require mouse macrophage feeder cells upon resuscitation.
