Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against the sheep gamma/delta T cell receptor (TcR) expressed on approximately 20% of PBL and 3% of thymocytes. There is species cross-reactivity with goat, cattle and pig (low affinity).

Application
Enumeration of the gamma/delta T cell subset in ruminants
Culture Medium
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
