Cell Line Description
This heterohybridoma secretes a rat monoclonal antibody against the A-31 idiotype of murine B cell lymphoma. Available for use as a heterohybridoma secreting rat IgG2a antibody. However, use in studies of the A31 tumour requires permission from the originators.
Immunogen
Sheep anti murine IgM-A31 IgM complexes
Application
The isotype of the monoclonal antibody produced by this cell line is rat IgG2a.
Culture Medium
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
