Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against human fibronectin and does not cross-react with fibronectin from the 26 other diverse species tested. The antibody will inhibit cell attachment to collagen, but also inhibit fibronectin collagen binding.

Culture Medium
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
