Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against epitope B of the L3T4 antigen. This antigen is the murine equivalent of CD4. Has been used in CD4 subset depletion in vivo and flow cytometry studies. Cambridge Enterprise Reference number AB13:www.enterprise.cam.ac.uk.

Culture Medium
Iscoves Modified Dulbeccos Medium (IMDM) + 2 mM glutamine + 5% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Where the cells are grown under static conditions, 0.02% EDTA, trypsin or mechanical agitation maybe required to dislodge them from the plastic.
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 105 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37 °C. Saturation density 9 x 105/ml
