Mouse erythroleukaemic lymphoblast

Cell Line Description

This cell line is a clone isolated from the parent line 745 TG-12. The cells are resistant to oubain and thioguanine and deficient in HGPRT. Haemoglobulin synthesis can be induced with 1.5% DMSO or 1mM oubain.

Haematopoiesis studies

Culture Medium

Ham′s F10 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
