Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against the murine transferrin receptor.
Immunogen
The cytolytic T cell clone A15.1.17
Application
The isotype of the monoclonal antibody produced by this cell line is rat IgG2b.
Culture Medium
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Immediately post resuscitation of the cells use media containing 20% FBS, once the culture is established the level of FBS can then be reduced to 10% FBS.
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
