Description

Cell Line Description

Mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) derived from wild-type littermate to the ULK1-knockout mouse. MEFs that were isolated and cultured were immortalised by a standard serial passaging protocol.

Culture Medium

DMEM + 10% FCS +2mM Glutamine

Subculture Routine

Trypsinize with 0.05% Trypsin/EDTA and inoculate new cultures at 2 x 10⁴ per cm². Cultures must be incubated in a humidified 5% CO₂/95% air incubator at 37^oC.
