Application

COV434 has been used to study:
  • the effect of 17β-estradiol on granulosa cell tumor growth, migration and invasion[1]
  • if mutant p53 (inactivatible R248Q hotspot mutation) works as a cancer-specific drug target[2]
  • the expression of TLR (toll-like receptor) and its function in the cell line[3]

Culture Medium

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
