Cell Line Description

This antibody recognises the CD200 antigen present on a variety of cells including activated T lymphocytes, neurons, follicular dendritic cells and endothelium.

Immunogen

Recombinant mOX-2-rCD4 d3-4

Application

The isotype of the monoclonal antibody produced by this cell line is rat IgG2a.

Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 +2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Subculture Routine

Seed at 5 x 10,000 cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 500,000 - 1,000,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days), 5% CO2, 37°C. Start in 20% FBS when recovering from frozen.
