General description

CrkL is a 39kD adaptor protein plays a crucial role in the early steps of IL-2 signal transduction. It also facilitates signaling of β-integrin, B-cell or T-cell receptors. Anti-Crk-L antibody can be used in immunoprecipitation for detecting and localizing CrkL. Rabbit anti-Crk-L antibody reacts specifically with CrkL (38 kD) of human.

Immunogen

A synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 283-303 of human Crk-L, conjugated to KLH. The sequence is highly conserved in mouse Crk-L (single amino acid substitution).

Application

Anti-Crk-L antibody can be used in western blotting (diluted 1: 1000, 1:5000) using human epidermal carcinoma A431 cell line and Burkitt lymphoma Raji cell line.

Physical form

Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide
