Specificity

The antibody detects phosphorylated tyrosine on Cdc2 and Cdk1. It does not react with non-phosphorylated Cdc2, Cdk4, Cdk6, or Cdk7.

Immunogen

synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues around Tyr15 of human Cdc2.
