Biochem/physiol Actions

Male-specific lethal 3 homolog (Drosophila) pseudogene 1 (MSL3P1; MSL3L2) forms a multisubunit human histone acetyltransferase complex (hMSL) that is involved in H4 acetylation at lysine 16. Acetylationof H4 is represses the expression of some genes and cell cycle arrest in G2/M phase.
