Gene Information

human ... ADRA1D(146)

General description

α1D Adrenergic Receptor encodes α-1D-adrenergic receptor. Similar to α1B-adrenergic receptor gene, this gene comprises 2 exons and a single intron that interrupts the coding region.
Rabbit anti-α1D adrenergic receptor antibody binds to human α1D adrenergic receptor.

Immunogen

synthetic peptide corresponding to the third cytoplasmic loop of human α1D adrenergic receptor. The immunizing peptide has 95% homology with the rat and mouse gene.

Application

Rabbit Anti-α1D Adrenergic Receptor antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry at a concentration of 1-3μg/mL, using formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of vascular smooth muscle tissues.

Physical form

Solution in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.01% sodium azide.
