Can LUCY stains be used for quantification in solution. What is the linear range?
1 answer-
LUCY 506 and LUCY 569 can be used to quantify proteins in solution. They are applicable for 2 different protein concentrations (the linear range 0-50 ug/mL and 10-100 ug/mL). Requirements are only buffer, SDS, and the LUCY dyes. Samples can be measured immediately after mixing.
