Application

Tracy 690-goat-anti-rabbit IgG is used to label rabbit IgG with a near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye. Near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence dye is used in applications where the intrinsic fluorescence of biomolecules poses a problem in the assay. Near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence (650–900 nm) detection avoids the natural background fluorescence interference of biomolecules, providing a high contrast between target and background tissues.

Analysis Note

unconjugated dye ≤5% of total fluorescence; dye-to-protein ratio ≥2
