Application

Citrate Buffered Saline has been used in a study to develop a simple method to recover Norovirus from fresh produce. Citrate Buffered Saline has also been used in a study to assess the effects of interleukin-1 receptor antagonist in a slow-release hylan vehicle on rat type II collagen arthritis.

Reconstitution

1 bag in 1000 mL of water yields in 3.0 M NaCl; 0.3 M Na-citrate pH 7.0
