General description
Preparation Note
The solvent for this sample is water.
The PT sample has been autoclaved for preservation
Sample Preparation
Partially fill a 1000mL volumetric flask with reagent-grade water (near 20ºC).
Open ampule PE1285-20ML (be careful to avoid cuts on glass) and transfer 10.0mL of concentrate to the volumetric flask.
Fill the volumetric flask to volume with reagent-grade water and mix well.
The sample is now ready for immediate analysis.
Sealed ampules were autoclaved to preserve the solutions inside. This preservation treatment is not effective after the ampule is opened. Therefore, the sample should be analyzed as soon as possible after sample preparation.
