Description

Application

For the selective enrichment of enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC) in foods and for the isolation and identification of E. coli 0157:H7 from meat.

Preparation Note

Suspend 36.7 g in1 litre of distilled water. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
