Application

suitable as IEF-Marker for HPCE and for IEF-gels

Reconstitution

Dissolve the IEF-marker at 3 mg/ml in 8 mM HCl, sonicate for up to 10 min if necessary. Store at 4 °C (the solution is stable for approximately 6 months). For use in HPCE this stock solution should be diluted 1:100 in a suitable ampholyte solution (e.g. 2 % ampholyte 3-10), UV-detection at 280 nm (20°C). For use in IEF-gels the 3 mg/ml stock solution can be loaded directly onto the gel (max. 1 μl per lane).
