General description

Flucythrinate belongs to the class of synthetic pyrethroids, primarily used to control Heliothis spp. in cotton and other insect pests in agricultural crops.[1]

Application

Flucythrinate may be used as a reference standard for the determination of the analyte in milk samples using gas chromatography with electron capture detection (GC-ECD).[2]
