General description

Ditalimfos is classified under the group of imide fungicides. It is largely used for the protection of crops, vegetables and fruits against possible spoilage.[1]

Application

Ditalimfos may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in:
  • Ginseng, a Chinese medicine or dietary supplement, by dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS).[2]
  • Grains by accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).[3]
