General description

Application

Platinum standard may have been used as reference standard in laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) method for determination of trace elements in high-purity platinum[1] and trace levels of platinum in peripheral nerves.[1]

1 g/L Pt in 5% hydrochloric acid (contains HNO3 traces), prepared with high purity Pt metal, HCl, HNO3 and water
