Immunocytochemistry Analysis: Clone 5B7 hybridoma culture supernatant detected BRIG1 co-localization with microphthalmia transcription factor (Mitf) nuclear immunoreactivity by fluorescent immunocytochemistry staining of 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.5% Triton X-100-permeabilized, NIH/3T3-derived B22 cells that harbors a tetracycline-inducible dominant-negative (DN) human BRG1 K798R construct regardless of DN BRG1 K798R induction by tetracycline treatment (de la Serna, I.L., et al. (2006). J. Biol. Chem. 281(29):20233-20241).
