General description

Ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase subunit M2 (RRM2) is a cytoplasmic protein, which catalyzes the conversion of ribonucleoside diphosphates to deoxyribonucleoside diphosphates, and plays an important role in DNA damage and repair. RRM2 has been implicated in various types of cancer.

Immunogen

GST-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to human RRM2.

Application

Detect Ribonucleotide Reductase using this mouse monoclonal antibody, Anti-RRM2 Antibody, clone 4D1.2 validated for use in western blotting & ICC.
Immunocytochemistry Analysis: A 1:100 dilution from a representative lot detected RRM2 in HepG2 and A431 cells.
