Specificity

Recognizes LRRK2 [leucine-rich repeat kinase 2, Dardarin]. By Western blot the antibody recognizes a band at ~240 kDa in mouse brain extract. An additional band at ~130-140 kDa can also be seen. On human brain lysate the antibody recognizes a band at ~150 kDa.
