General description

A cocktail of four protease inhibitors for the inhibition of serine and cysteine proteases, but not metalloproteases. Contains aprotinin that is free of animal products. This cocktail is recommended for use with mammalian cell and tissue extracts. 1X solution will contain the following protease inhibitors:
A cocktail of four protease inhibitors for the inhibition of serine and cysteine proteases, but not metalloproteases. Each vial, when reconstituted with 1 ml H2O, will yield a 100X stock solution. When diluted to 1X the cocktail contains 500 µM AEBSF, HCl (Cat. No. 101500), 150 nM Aprotinin (Cat. No. 616371), 1 µM E-64 (Cat. No. 324890), and 1 µM Leupeptin Hemisulfate (Cat. No. 108975). Available as 1 ml or as 1 set of 10 x 1 ml.

Reconstitution

Reconstitute each vial in 1 ml H₂O to yield a 100X stock solution. Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C).
