General description

A cell-permeable, myristoylated 13-mer peptide derived from EXE-motif-containing integrin β3 subunit that inhibits talin association with β3. Shown to inhibit both inside-out and outside-in signaling. Blocks all phases of integrin signaling including fibrinogen binding, platelet adhesion, and clot retraction.

Please note that the molecular weight for this compound is batch-specific due to variable water content.
