Toxicity: Standard Handling (A)

Physical form

In 10 mM PBS, 0.5 mM EDTA, 10% mannose, 2% sucrose, 1% BSA, pH 7.6.

Other Notes

o-Phenylenediamine, 1 mg/ml in citrate buffer, pH 4.5, 0.1% urea peroxide at 25°C, was used as substrate for testing immunoenzyme reactivity. Monospecific for mouse IgG, heavy and light chains, as determined by immunoelectrophoresis against normal mouse serum. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.

Several lines of evidence suggest that antidepressant drugs may act by modulating neuroplasticity pathways in key brain areas like the hippocampus. We have reported that chronic treatment with fasudil, a Rho-associated protein kinase inhibitor, prevents both chronic stress-induced depressive-like behavior

Neuronal activity orchestrates the proper development of the neuronal circuitry by regulating both transcriptional and post-transcriptional gene expression programmes. How these programmes are coordinated, however, is largely unknown. We found that the transcription of miR379-410, a large cluster of brain-specific

Recent studies using primary neuronal cultures have revealed important roles of the microRNA pathway in the regulation of neuronal development and morphology. For example, miR-134 is involved in dendritogenesis and spine development in hippocampal neurons by regulating local mRNA translation
