Rho GTPase-activating protein 36 (RHG36 or ARHGAP36) is a GTPase activator for the Rho-type GTPases that converts them to an inactive GDP-bound state. Located in the cytosol, RHG36 is involved in the regulation of small GTPase mediated signal transduction.
Immunogen
GST-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to human ARHGAP36
Application
Anti-ARHGAP36 Antibody is a highly specific rabbit polyclonal antibody, that targets Rho GTPase-activating protein 36 & has been tested in western blotting & ICC.
Immunocytochemisty Analysis: A 1:100 dilution of this antibody detected ARHGAP36 in COS cells (T. Pawson, Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto.).
Quality
Evaluated by Western Blotting in mouse spleen tissue lysate.
Western Blotting Analysis: 1 µg/mL of this antibody detected ARHGAP36 in 10 µg of mouse spleen tissue lysate.
