General description

A novel synthetic cathinone derivative, 4-Fluoro-a-POP (4-Fluoro PV9) is an emerging drug of abuse that has been detected along side a-PVP in illegal drug products. Anecdotal reports suggest that 4-Fluoro-a-POP exerts similar stimulatory effects as a-PVP. Suitable uses for this Certified Spiking Solution® include as starting material for calibrators and controls in synthetic cathinone testing methods by LC/MS or GC/MS for clinical toxicology, urine drug testing, or forensic analysis applications.
