The supplier indicates that the part number would be compatible with a 220-240V single-phase power supply with an amp draw of less than 20A. The MTF 12/38/250 has been replaced with the TF series tube furnaces, and it's mentioned that they do not offer readability to 0.xC as most thermocouples can only read to +/- 1C due to a technology limitation. It's also stated that their controllers read to the whole degree. Additionally, it's mentioned that most of the controllers offered have 24 segments, but if a customer were to purchase a controller that allows for the storage of multiple heating profiles, they could link one program to another, essentially providing the customer with 48+ segments.

General description
If the tube is required to contain an atmosphere or is likely to be contaminated by spillage, an additional work tube should be used.
The thermocouple is located in a protective position between the outside of the work tube and the heating element, allowing the full work tube diameter to be used and protect the thermocouple from mechanical damage.
- Fixed element tube mounted horizontally on a control box
- Tube furnace comes with Model 301 setpoint controller
