Application

PBDTS-TDZ is a wide bandgap polymer that can be used as a donor for the fabrication of organic solar cells. It has alkylthio side chains, which help in strong optical absorption and high crystallinity. PBDTS-TDZ forms a composite with ITIC, which has an efficiency of ~18% for organic tandem solar cells.[1][2]
